The year was characterized by the achievement of 9% market share in the global market of traction batteries and by earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of € 17.2 million Increase of turnover by 23.3%, from €136.6 million in 2015 to €168.4 million in 2016 Increase of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) by 28.9%, from €13.4 million in 2015 to €17.2 million in 2016 Market share 9% in the global market of traction batteries Presence in more than 100 countries and order book higher by 60% in 2016 compared to 2015 According to the financial results announced by the Company, SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT, member of Olympia Group established by Panos Germanos, demonstrated a year of record performance achieving a significant increase in its revenues and profitability. Specifically, during the year 2016, SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT posted a significant increase in turnover as it exceeded the initially targeted level. The Company posted record sales of €168.4 million versus €136.6 million in 2015 thus recording an increase of 23.3%. At the same time, EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) increased also notably by 28.9%, from €13.4 million in 2015 to €17.2 million in 2016, with earnings before taxes standing at €5.3 million versus €1.9 million in the previous year. A significant increase in the financial results was also attained on consolidated level for Sunlight Group. In 2016, sales accounted for €154 million versus €133 million in year 2015 thus recording an increase of 16%. Significant recognition for SUNLIGHT RECYCLING in the event “GREEK VALUE Awards of Northern Greece 2017” Athens 14 March 2017 – SUNLIGHT RECYCLING received a new recognition in the event “GREEK VALUE Awards of Northern Greece 2017”. The event highlights and awards companies of Northern Greece which excelled over the past year. SUNLIGHT RECYCLING is the recycling division of lead-acid batteries of SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT SA, a member of Olympia Group. The “GREEK VALUE Awards” took place through a special ceremony on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at “TheMET Hotel” in Thessaloniki, Greece. The new distinction of SUNLIGHT RECYCLING, the most modern recycling unit for lead-acid batteries in Europe, is essentially a result of the Company’s commitment towards excellence, constant improvement and ambitious promotion of practices calling for modern and efficient recycling with respect to the local communities, the environment and public health. More specifically, the Company received the award in the category “Environmental Excellence” for the application of environmentally friendly production, distribution and infrastructure practices. This distinction rewards the program of change in corporate culture by applying a High Involvement Organization model as part of the company’s strategy. The implementation of this program has shown excellent results, with a significant improvement of the participation, commitment & skills of employees. The Group HR Director, Dr. K. Green Mission: Environmental initiative of Sunlight Recycling for the proper recycling of lead-acid batteries

Sunlight Recycling, member of Olympia Group, owned by Panos Germanos, presented on Tuesday December the 6th, the environmental initiative Green Mission, which has the ambition to boost public and enterprise awareness of the right way of recycling lead-acid batteries. Green Mission brings together institutions and numerous companies operating in the Greek as well as global market place and activates them in order to communicate the consequences of wrong lead-acid battery recycling and the benefits of the right way. It is worth noting that, in Greece, the problem that Green Mission is aiming to address is especially important, since only 50% of the used lead-acid batteries is collected and recycled, whereas the respective figure in Europe reaches 95%. At the same time, a large percentage of used batteries are recycled illegally with particularly negative effects on the Greek economy and the country’s environment. The objectives of the environmental initiative Green Mission is the following: –Raise the public and enterprise awareness of the benefits generated from recycling lead-acid batteries the right way -The active assist country’s effort in achieving its environmental targets related to the indices for lead-acid batteries collection and recycling Several actions surrounding this program are already in progress: during the first 2-year period, Green Mission targets greater awareness on the issue through communication to 14,000 Greek companies which generate and/or manage significant quantities of industrial lead-acid battery waste. A triple distinction of SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT in Greek Exports Awards 2016

November 29th, 2016 SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT, member of the Olympia Group, owned by Panos Germanos, was nomitated with three awards in this year’s “Greek Exports Awards” held on Friday, November 25, in the presence of senior government officials and members of the Greek business community. The company awarded with the gold prize in the category “Top Industrial Company”, the gold prize in the category “Top Innovation Company” and the silver as the “Top Exports Company”. It’s the second consecutive year the company is awarded for its export strategy and achievements. SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT managed between 2014 and 2015 to further increase by more than 29% its production capacity, creating 130 new jobs within 2016 and establishing the factory in Xanthi as the second largest of its kind in Europe. The company’s export orientation is shown by the fact that 98% of industrial production is exported to 450 foreign customers in more than 100 countries and 5 continents. SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT: Course of growth and creation of new job positions in 2016

The company SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT, member of Olympia Group, belonging to the interests of Panos Germanos, continues its course of growth despite the difficult economic environment in the country, thanks to its fully export oriented strategy. Assisted by its healthy and dynamic corporate structure, the company contributes to the country’s balance of trade, strengthens its extrovert profile by exporting 98% of its production and also contributes to the increase of the country’s employment. As of today, the total employees of the company account for 750 from 620 in 2015, demonstrating an increase of 19% for the current year.
