With a production range of more than 1,500 specialized products, SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT S.A. covers the energy needs of sectors with particularly high demands, including Industry, Transportation, Telecommunications, Defense, Construction and Infrastructure.

The company seeks to hire a Product Manager Toshiba Batteries (PM 0417), based in Athens.

Main Responsibilities include

  • Coordination of New Product Development processes and creation of product requirements
  • Drive product launches and all related action plans for commercialization
  • Generation and presentation of Sales Reports & findings, both sell-in & sell-out. Assess and monitor distributor performance versus targets
  • Preparation of monthly sales forecasts & budgeting of marketing expenses per country
  • Development of annual Marketing Plan & monthly execution of all related activities
  • Monthly competition report and market research for new products & innovative campaigns
  • Monitor international networks in terms of POS activities & visual merchandizing
  • Develop knowledge regarding local factors and trends that may affect the distribution of products
  • Liaise and recap methodically with distributors on frequent basis, providing updates, support, standard product knowledge and assistance
  • Creation of imaginative presentations for sales staff and B2B partners, and delivery of training sessions upon request 
  • Development of trade marketing and other in-store activities
  • Inception and coordination of international seasonal campaigns
  • Development and pricing structure of Promo Packs & other B2C offers
  • Creation of product brochures, shelf talkers, posters, photo shootings etc.  
  • Writing press releases & e-updates for social media

Candidate profile

  • BA/BSc degree from a recognized institution in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with proven track record
  • Aptitude in standard numerical exercises (P&L, sales reports, navigation through figures, pricing, margins)
  • Fluency in Greek & English, both verbal and written. Other languages will be highly appreciated
  • Proficiency in Excel & Power Point is absolutely mandatory
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, strong work ethic and passion for managing projects to conclusion on time
  • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to absorb and transmit product knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and a complex product portfolio
